Who I am
I am an award winning software engineer residing in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I earned a Bachelor of Engineering in computer engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand, where I was born and raised. I have, however, been a permanent resident of the United States for five years now.
After graduating in 2002, I was recruited to work for Vanderbilt University and moved to Nashville, Tennessee. Chief among my projects there was the design and implementation of an online admission system for the School of Medicine. Realizing the importance of good interface design, I decided to further my education, earning a certificate from UCLA in Computer Graphics and Graphic Design.
My desire to fuse this newfound knowledge with my engineering background led me to successfully complete a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction from the School of Information at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2007.
In 2014, I was recruited to work at another digital agency, ICON Interactive, as a Senior Software Engineer, where I worked with clients such as SiriusXM, MBTA, and FIAT.
Some of my important accomplishments include two MobileWebAwards for Best Consumer Goods Mobile Application and Best Design Mobile Application, OMMA for Web Site Excellence in House & Home category, and FWA.
In my spare time, I volunteer at the University of Michigan C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital with the Child and Family Life team. I also collaborate with GameStart teaching younger children how to code in Python through MineCraft. I enjoy spending time rock climbing and Stand Up Paddle Boarding with my dog, Luce.
